This is really nice to help with travel and associated jetlag. Lots of times I won't be able to sleep until morning time due to jetlag or a late night. These help block out the light and have a gentle feel and aroma.

This eye pillow is nice and cooling after a short stay in the refrigerator. However, the smell is a bit overpowering when I have a headache, which is the primary reason I bought it. It would be nice if it had a strap so that it would stay in place better.
