I received this product as a gift because I was looking for an alternative to the traditional electric heating pad. Not only is this little guy super cute, but he doesn't leave me totally terrified that I am going to fall asleep with him "on" and electrocute myself. The stuffed animal portion of the product is incredibly soft and floppy, so it's perfect for one's neck, back and stomach. The lavender bean packet that slips inside is much like any other microwavable pouch found in similar products. Mine smells a bit like lavender tea when I heat it up (I'm not sure if that's just because we brew copious amounts of tea in our microwave and the beans are merely soaking up the residual scent, or if the beans actually smell like Earl Grey). I recommend nuking the packet in a traditional microwave for about four minutes to get an optimal amount of heat.

Bought this for my girlfriend, she loves it. Stays warm for a few hours. Smells great. Well built, soft and nice. I recommend it.
