I purchased this teapot for myself. It's perfect for one I put about 12 oz of hot water in it, perfect for 3 small cups of tea, and there was plenty of room to spare. It worked great for whole leaf wuyi oolong, but equally well when I opened a teabag of gunpowder green and dumped it in the diffuser to test how well it would work. The mesh was fine enough that none of the tea leaves made it through and into the tea; just the dust. Both the diffuser and teapot were simple to clean by rinsing each with hot water and towel drying. I have to admit that I love the styling too.
