There are several of us using this mug now in our office. the infuser is easy to clean. the cup is very hot when you first brew, but cools quickly while still keeping the beverage hot. Great cup.

This is a great tea cup if you need one with an infuser. My only issue is that even with the band around the middle, it still gets a bit hotter than I'd like when holding it. With teas that need hotter water, I usually use my Curve Brew-in Mug instead.

This is the best teacup/infuser ever created! First of all- you can microwave the water right in the cup. There is a rubber grip around the middle which keeps it from being too hot to hold and it gives gripping stability. The infuser is perfect for fine teas. It has a nice lip on it and is roomy enough for the tea to freely mix with the water. The lid is another bonus. It keeps the water hot during brew time. And finally- the lid turns over and is used for setting the brew basket on -in order to catch the dripping tea water. Simply perfect!
