Q: Can I place order on phone?
A: Yes, please call us (888)857-9118 and our customer service staff will assist you to place order.

Q: Do you offer expdited shipping?
A: Yes. We offer Express Shipping (2-day delivery) and Overnight Shipping (1-day delivery). Please be aware that we can not ship overnight if you place order on weekends. The detail shipping information is available here.

Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: Yes. We ship to Canada and most other countries.

Q: Do you take money order or check?
A: Yes. Please make the check payable to Wonita International Inc. and mail to our office at 2123 Bering Dr. Ste C, San Jose, CA 95131. We will ship your order after receiving the money order or when the check is cleared if it is a check.

Q: What is the return policy?
A: You can return the items within 30 days as long as the items are not damaged. The detailed return policy is stated here.

Q: What if the size does not fit me?
A: We understand. You can simply ship it back to us and we will ship you the size you want. Please read the exchange policy for more details.

Q: When can I receive refund?
A: We usually issue refund within 2-3 business days after receiving your return. The refund goes to the credit card or Paypal you used to pay the order. It may take a couple days to show the refund on your credit card.

Q: Do you have catalog?
A: Yes. You can request catalog here.

Q: I have not received my order. What should I do?
A: You can track order status by logging in to your account. If you do not have account, please contact us.

Q: How to return an item?
A: Please contact us. to obtain return authorization and instructions.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: We usually ship your order on the same day as you place your order on weekdays. Delivery days depends on the shipping option you choose. You can find out estimated delivery time by referring to the shipping information page.

Q: Do you provide tracking number?
A: Yes. We provide tracking number for all orders. We send the tracking number to customers by email after it is shipped.

Q: Does the price include sales tax?
A: Yes except California. We charge sales tax to California shipping addresses. If you have CA State Sales Tax Exemption, please email or fax us the certificate and we will not collect sales tax. Our fax number is (408)912-2881.
