These are as close to our favorite tong design that was discontinued years ago. Great product - a little pricy but I think it will be well worth it in the long run.

Compared to all clad and many others, while I wish it had more heft, it is the best tongs by far in the market.
Different edges allow for fine or course clamping.
Removable pieces allow for cleaner washing.
