This iSi Silicone Dual Basting Brush has a new, uniquely shaped oval bristles that have 50% more surface area than round bristles to hold more liquid. The bristles will not clump or stick together. When held horizontally, the unique curved handle keeps hands away from heat and spatters while basting in the oven, across a grill or on the stovetop or griddle. It has a removable brush which snaps into place at either end for horizontal or vertical basting.
