This is the third vibration plate device I have purchased. The other two are the Crazy Fit and the Zenergy. This is the heaviest and best constructed so I assume it will last longer warranting the higher price. It has the simplest control panel with only the options of setting speed and time which is fine.
Each one operates differently as far as the distance of movement of the plate, the direction of movement and how fast the plate actually moves. The Zenergy is the gentlest with a movement of about 1/8 inch from side to side but a higher rate of speed than the other two (Max 38 CyclesPerSecond). This one (Vibratone) moves the slowest (Max about 8 CyclesPerSecond) but moves about 1/2 inch up and down which feels much more aggressive than the Zenergy. The Crazy Fit is the most aggressive with a Max speed of about 18 CyclesPerSecond and 1 inch of movement up and down. Conversely the Crazy Fit is the cheapest and least well built of the three.
There is very little data on which is the most effective. Hope this isn't too confusing. Trust your intuition.
