Kids love using them. I have wanted the hand bells and finally purchased them. The bells allow you to use them by #'s, letters of the notes, or by color. I will take a poster board and put the words of the song with the color of the bell above the word that the note cooresponds too. I have used them with children ages 3 to 11. They catch on almost immediately. The colors are fun and billiant. It is great for teaching harmony, too.
