This is the second neck warmer that I have bought. I have been using it almost every day for several months now and love it. My daughter-in-law was complaining of neck and shoulder pain at my house one evening and used my warmer and liked the relief that it brought her so I ordered her a neck warmer. She is using it practically every day as well.
