Bought it for my aging mother who has always wanted one to help toning her belly. Turns out my father, who originally was against the idea, ended up using it more often than her. Great product!

The Belt vibrates really hard and leaves you with a pink belly and sore skin. It is good for lower back pain or shoulder pain. but Not sure for losing weight. Well you can't only rely on this to lose weight
